Crisp Won Ton
Crisp Won Ton with Vegetables
Ingredients
6 dried mushrooms
1 t. ginger juice
3 T. oil
1 C. sliced gluten(homemade or
commercial)
2 C. sliced water chestnuts
1 1/2 C. sliced bamboo shoots
1 1/2 C. chopped mustard greens
1 1/2 sliced celery
1 t. salt
3 stalks green onion, sliced 1 1/2"
3 C. soup stock
1 T. cornstarch
1/2 t. sugar
won ton
Soak mushroom in hot water until soft, wash thoroughly and
simmer in small amount of water for about 15 minutes. Squeeze
dry (keep water), remove stems, and cut in thin strips. Heat
oil in skillet, fry mushrooms, gluten, bamboo shoots, water
chestnuts, mustard greens, and celery until greens are tender.
Add seasoning and green onions. Combine stock with cornstarch;
add to vegetable mixture and cook until it thickens. serve at
once with won ton on top.
