Lemonade Syrup
Ingredients
1/2 C. light corn syrup 2/3 C. water
1/2 C. sugar 2 T. grated lemon peel
Combine all ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil. Boil
for 5 minutes. Strain and cool. (Store in refrigerator if not
using immediately).
To make lemonade, mix 2 T. lemon syrup with 2 T. lemon juice
and 2/3 C. cold water. Pour over ice.
