Pasta Stir Fry

Ingredients


	1/2 lb. package of spaghetti, uncooked

	4 Cups of thinly sliced cabbage

	1 medium onion, cut into wedges

	1 medium apple, cut into wedges

	1 clove garlic, minced

	1 teaspoon salt

	1 two-ounce jar of pimentos, drained and sliced

	1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper

	1 1/2 Cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese

	1 1/2 Cups shredded Cheddar cheese

	2 Tablespoons oil


Prepare spaghetti according to package and drain. In skillet or wok add oil and cabbage, onion, apple and garlic. Stir fry until tender. Stir in salt, pimentos, and pepper. Add spaghetti. Cook and stir until hot. Remove from heat. Add cheese and toss to mix.
