Huguenot Torte

Ingredients


	2 eggs			1/4 t. salt

	1 C. sugar		1 t. vanilla

	1/4 C. flour		2 C. chopped, peeled apples

	1 t. baking powder	1 C. finely chopped pecans

	1/2 t. nutmeg		whipped cream

In large bowl beat with spoon until well mixed; eggs, sugar, flour, baking powder, nutmeg, salt and vanilla. Stir in apples and pecans. Bake in greased 9" pice plate at 325 degrees for 50 - 60 minutes or until top is cracked and brown and toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean. Serve with whipped cream.
